Member Discount

Members of VGS receive a 20% discount on all items in the store, except where otherwise indicated. Members must be logged in to the website to receive this discount.

Shipping and Processing

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. A $6 processing fee is included in the shipping cost for all orders.

Book Return Policy

All sales are final. If a book received is defective, or not the title ordered, VGS will pay return postage, media-mail rate. Returns must be pre-approved by the VGS office manager and received within 30 days of sale (date of the invoice).

Checking Out

When checking out, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check (sent to the address below) or to check out using a credit card through PayPal. Note: You do not need to be a member of PayPal to check out using that method, just choose the link below the login screen for PayPal that reads — “Don’t have a PayPal account?” — and then use the form to “Pay with a debit or credit card” to check out as a guest.

Virginia Residents Only

A 5.3% sales tax required for all Virginia residents. Tax Exempt Organizations, please mail your order and a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to VGS at the address below.
