To ensure you have an enjoyable experience on conference day, please read the following information. If you have any questions, please email webinars@vgs.org.
During the ticket purchasing process you will be asked to enter your name and email address. The email address you enter will be used for all communication about the conference. If you purchase multiple tickets, you will be asked for the name and email address of each attendee.
VGS uses GoToWebinar for its virtual conferences. Attendees may not need to download the desktop GoToWebinar application to join the conference. GoToWebinar will automatically detect the optimal join method for you. See How to Join a Webinar for more information.

All attendees will receive the conference join link on 26 October 2023 in an email from GoToWebinar. The join link is unique to you and should not be shared.
All attendees will receive the link to download the syllabus on 26 October 2023 in an email from VGS.
If you are unable to join us for the live sessions, you have 60 days after the conference to view the recordings. You will receive an email with information about how to access the recordings when they become available.
Refund requests will be accepted through 11:59 PM EST on 23 October 2023. To request a refund, please email admin@vgs.org.
